The area has had GLP status since 2006. Since obtaining our first certificate, we have successfully renewed our GLP certification at every subsequent regular official inspection.  

All test facilities operating in accordance with the principles of GLP must have a documented quality assurance system guaranteeing that tests are performed in a prescribed way.

Prophyl Ltd. has developed its own quality assurance program. The Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) was established to develop, operate and maintain the program, and it reports directly to the head of the test facility. The staff of the QAU are not involved in the inspections at all, ensuring full independence.

The quality assurance program, which includes the Standard Operating Procedures for the activities of the QAU, regulates the work and responsibilities of the QAU in accordance with the provisions of the National GLP Regulation, which complies with OECD GLP guidelines.
